Garlic Butter Roasted Mushrooms

  • 2 punnets white / brown mushrooms
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic - minced
  • 45 g unsalted butter – melted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp soy sauce
  • Few dashes of black pepper
  • 2 to 3 sprigs fresh thyme
  1. Preheat oven at 220°C/420°F.
  2. In a large bowl, add in mushrooms and all of the seasoning except the soy sauce and mix well.
  3. Transfer onto a large baking tray and cook them in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Once they are ready, remove from oven, drizzle in the soy sauce and mix well.
  5. Garnish with more thyme and serve warm.
