Tired of standing over the sink or kitchen counter peeling potatoes? This trick is especially handy if you are making mash potatoes.
Step 1: Bring a pot of water to boil and add in potato
Step 2: After 20 mins, remove potato and drop it into a bowl of ice water for 10 secs.
Step 3: Remove the potato and use both hands to squeeze the potato. The skin will be removed cleanly.
