Tired of standing over the sink or kitchen counter peeling potatoes? This trick is especially handy if you are making mash potatoes.
Step 1: Bring a pot of water to boil and add in potato
Use a tong to avoid splashing
Step 2: After 20 mins, remove potato and drop it into a bowl of ice water for 10 secs.
No, not the ice bucket challenge
Rotate the potato around if the water does not cover it completely
Step 3: Remove the potato and use both hands to squeeze the potato. The skin will be removed cleanly.

Use it immediately or freeze it for future use. Make sure the potato is dry before freezing.
