Whenever I’m in the supermarket, I can’t take my eyes away from the baby potatoes. There are 101 ways to make potatoes but to me, this Oven Roasted Crispy Baby Potatoes is the most fuss-free and yummilicious recipe. I’ll let you be the judge.
A bag of baby potatoes
2 tbsp of garlic powder
1/4 cup of olive oil
salt and pepper
Preheat oven at 200°C.
Bring a pot of water to boil. When water is boiling, add in 2 tbsp of salt and put in the potatoes. Par-boil the potatoes for about 15 minutes. Use a strainer to drain the potatoes. When they are cooled, cut them into halves.
Place them onto a baking tray and drizzle olive oil, garlic powder, salt and. pepper Toss the potatoes around and mix well. Arrange the potatoes flesh side down and pop it into the oven and bake for another 20 mins. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions if necessary.
